General conditions of using the website:

By accessing and using this website, you automatically accept all the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions will apply to all website users and customers. The following website is the property and administered by Mr. Tripp - Travel Agency according to the tourism license no. 1458 from 13.03.2019 issued by Romania Ministry of Tourism; Legal business name: Delir Inc S.R.L; VAT ID RO 23942449)

Mr. Tripp (“Mr. Tripp” or “agency”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a tourism specialist, offering a range of bus sightseeing tours, day tours, Romania holiday packages, tailor-made travel services, Airport Transfer, pick up and drop off services and/or other related services (“Services”). The Services are accessible and can be purchased by making a reservation (“Booking”) through the website https://mrtripp.tours (“Website”) and any other websites through which Mr. Tripp makes the Services available (“Sites”). 

Mr. Tripp reserves the right to change the rates, products as well as other terms and conditions on the www.mrtripp.tours website with no notice. An exception will be for already completed and confirmed bookings made for a future date; in this case, the users will be announced either electronically or through other available means about those changes.

For any possible debates or questions not covered by this contract, the laws of Romania shall have effect.

The travel contract is established between the Client and Delir Inc SRL - Mr. Tripp. The contract is effective from the time the confirmation of the booking is sent to you.

User Terms and Conditions:

• Users are obligated to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Romania;

• Users are responsible for informing all other parties traveling with them of the contents of the terms and conditions for websites;

• Users accept to be legally bound by the Privacy Policy;

• Users do not have the right to use the content of the website for commercial purposes . Any request of republishing or redistributing of the content will be addressed to the Agency at office@mrtripp.ro;

• Users guarantee that they will not use the website for speculative purposes, such as generating false or fraudulent reservations that could cause material or image damage to the agency;

Bookings:

Bookings are mandatory for all the services provided by the Agency. Bookings shall be made online by accessing our website or contact us via phone at +40745.752.753 or email at booking@mrtripp.tours . In order for a booking to be valid, the client must provide the following information:

• full name of the lead traveller and the number of participants

• the date of reservation and the name of the chosen program

• mobile number where the agency’s staff can contact them during the stay in Romania

• e-mail address that is valid during the stay in Romania

• accommodation address

In the case in which the mandatory information is not correct or complete, the Agency will not take under consideration the booking.

By creating a booking, you guarantee that you are over the age of 18 years old and have the legal capacity to initiate judicial actions.

Through your approval, given by booking services with us, the personal data and other information provided by you will be used and processed by Mr.Tripp and our Partners for generating legal documents and communication with you in accordance with Romanian Law System.

Order confirmation:

For successful bookings, our company sends you a confirmation email. Please read this carefully, as it contains important information about your booked services. If you did not receive your confirmation message, please check your spam/junk or bulk folders of your email and if you still do not have it, please, call us.

Types of services:

We offer the following 2 types of Services:

Standard Tours/Shared Tours:

These tours run on a regular basis as indicated in their description. Depending on the number of requests we have, Standard Tours are operated with cars/minibuses or coaches. When booking a standard tour, you acknowledge the fact that you will be travelling together with other tourists, you always have to follow the schedule, and you have to keep up with the rest of the group. 

Private tours:

We organize Private Tours only after we receive a client’s request for this type of service. 

In this case, you will not travel with other tourists in the same vehicle, and you will be the only beneficiary of the services. Another advantage of this type of service is the fact that Private Tours are also customizable.

These services are organized according to availability and only if we have confirmed them as Private Tours.

Age range:

The following age ranges will be considered for the price of tickets:

• children 4 - 7 years 

• student 8 - 25 years (must present student/pupil ID)

• adult 26 - 64 years

• senior 65+ years

Families with children under the age of 4 y.o. can attend private tours only, please contact us for more details.

Rates and discounts:

Rates for all services provided by Mr. Tripp do not include any other additional taxes, fees, and surcharges. Extra cost like personal expense or photography and video fees are not included in the rates. 

Entrance tickets, which are included in our offer, to the highlights visited during the trips will be for standard tours/visits;

Students and seniors will benefit from preferential rates, unless specified differently in the tour pricing. To benefit from the preferential rates, students must present to the tour guide their student card, and seniors must be over the age of 65 years old. Otherwise, if the requested documents are not presented, the Agency reserves the right to charge the full rate of the booked trip/ touristic program; 

Groups formed by five or more persons will receive a 10% discount. Discounts shall not be accumulated and shall not be applied to other promotions or special offers. 

Discounts requested during the tours will not be applied. 

Payment methods:

For all bookings made on our website, the full payment of the desired service will be made at the checkout step by filling in the form with details of your card. For payments with Visa (Visa/Visa Electron) and MasterCard (Mastercard/Maestro) we are using “3-D Secure” system developed by these organisations which assure a high level of security for online transactions. “3-D Secure” assures the fact that no information about your card is transferred or hosted, at any time, on our servers and the information is only transmitted in Visa and MasterCard systems.

The transaction will appear on your bank statement under our brand name “Mr. Tripp”, website name “mrtripp.tours” or our legal business name “Delir Inc S.R.L.” 

For bookings made via email or phone for tours which last no longer than 24 hours, the agency reserves the right to request a down payment of at least 20% to confirm the booking. The difference shall be paid, on the tour day, before the actual tour starts by card or in cash at one of the representatives of the Agency.

For bookings made via email or phone for tours, which last longer than 24 hours, the agency reserves the right to request a down payment of at least 50% to confirm the reservation. The difference shall be paid 8 days prior to the actual tour start date by card or in cash or at one of the representatives of the Agency.

Refund & Compensation:

In the event that a venue is not visited during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative landmark visit will be offered or an amount equal to the value of the admission will be refunded. 

Cancellations:

All cancellations shall be emailed to booking@mrtripp.tours, cancellations will not be accepted via telephone.

Most of the services offered on the Website are fully refundable when canceled up to 24 hours prior to departure under the Easy Cancellation Policy. 

The Easy Cancellation Policy is noted on all applicable services with a duration of 24 hours or less. 

For the services with a duration of more than 24 hours the following cancelation policy will be applied: 

• Free of charge for cancellation up to and including 31 days before the activity start date

• Refund of 50 % of the tour price for cancellation between 30 days and 8 days before the excursion

• Non-refundable for cancellation between 7 days before the excursion and on the day of the excursion

Specific cancellation and refund policies are noted in the description details. Refunds may take up to 30 business days. In case of a cancellation or change of schedule or tour by Mr. Tripp, you will be notified via email/phone call. In any case of cancellation or change, you will be offered a new date, a new tour or a full refund.

Pickups & Convenient Returns:

It is necessary to be ready at the pickup\meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. 

Pickup time may differ from the tour start time, and we reserve the right to change the meeting point should some unforeseen circumstances occur. 

Complimentary pick-up can be offered only for selected hotels, hostels and B&Bs located in the centre of Bucharest. 

Tourists must present themselves at the hour and meeting point indicated by the agency. In case the tourists are late for more than 5 minutes, the booking will be cancelled. Missing the pick-up and/or the tour bus does not entitle you to a refund of the price paid for the Services.

Drivers have to work under strict legal and time restrictions and therefore you will be dropped back depending on traffic restrictions. The dropoff can be made near the hotel.

Transportation:

Please note and keep in mind that seats in the vehicles follow the “First come, first served” rule and they will be occupied depending on the route of the day. 

For safety reasons, smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages or the use of proscribed substances is forbidden in the vehicles used by the agency. 

Unfortunately, for the moment our vehicles are not equipped accordingly for those clients with special needs.

Services terms and conditions:

The Agency will not be held responsible for the loss of personal items and luggage. We cannot guarantee the recovery of those items. If you would like us to take your items to your address, please note that you will be charged the cost of the ride.

When you leave the bus during stops and rest breaks when on Day Tours with Mr. Tripp, it is your responsibility to ensure you re-board the bus at the scheduled departure time. If you are missing or late, the bus will not wait for you. 

Mr. Tripp will not give any refunds or payment for consequential loss in the event if you do not get onboard before the bus leaves each stop. In such an event, you will have to re-book or find alternative transport arrangements at your own expense.

The agency will not be held responsible for the condition and organization of the tourist attractions visit in the itinerary. The tourist attractions are considered a 3rd party on our services.

We do not own or manage the ships, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.

The standard services provided by the Agency are made by English speaking guides. On request, other languages can be requested. These requested services in a different language than English, may have a different rate.

Mr. Tripp reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables should the necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather and/or road conditions.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For groups of 10 participants or more, group tariffs may be available on request, please email us at booking@mrtripp.tours.

We may transfer or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time.

Remarketing Policies:
